The clean itself (move out clean) was only 1 hour. Jocelyn and her mom arrived at 9:30 and walked into my apartment. They got to work after we went over what was needed (blinds wiped down, baseboards cleaned, normal clean, an A/C fan covering cleaned). She and her mom commented on how clean my apartment was and it wouldn't take long and even commented the fridge didn't need to be cleaned (it didn't, so should have freed up some time!). Per the text string attached, she told me she was done at 10:40. I received a FaceTime of portions of the work before their depart. They had to call me again because they kept finding things they hadn't done (for example wiping out cabinets, but in process of showing me, found some undone). However, when I arrived back to my apartment, I noticed that two closets were missed entirely (I told them to skip one closet, but they skipped 2 additional ones) and the baseboards we specifically discussed being wiped down were not done in 2 rooms (see attached photos). I realize we all can skip things and I didn't contact her regarding this - just cleaned myself. (HOWEVER, note that this is a detailed clean and there was no attention to details.) I went to deep clean my carpets and noticed that supplies I left under the sink, including brand new carpet cleaning solution and deep stain remover and a roll of paper towels was missing. I contacted her and kindly asked if she could check to see if they got mixed up in her supplies. I received no response and had to repurchase the items to fulfill my lease obligations ($50). After a week and no acknowledgement of me, I decided to start a case with CashApp and she only contacted me after being contacted I had opened a case. She refused to communicate via text, which I wanted for documentation. When I wouldn't answer her calls but requested text communication to work this out, she was extremely unprofessional and rude. I've attached pictures of the baseboards and our communication so you can see her level of unprofessionalism. No acknowledgment of my questions, no desire to see the work left undone, and unprofessional speech. This could have been avoided with replacement of my supplies and I even offered to wait to escalate my case and would wait to review to see if we could resolve. If you hire (I would recommend not), be sure to have everything in writing and inspect thoroughly before paying!! P.S. Her mom was wonderful. If you can hire only her, your tub will shine!
