Sir Grout did an excellent Job! The results were above expectations. Sir Grout repair cracked tile and threshold to help bring back to new. Also the cleaning of the master shower was magic. I personally spent hours trying to clean the grout with every possible cleaning solution with no luck. Sir Grout was able to get the master shower clean and looking brand new. I would recommend them if your bathrooms, kitchen and tile floors need some help.

The work was messy but Mr. Grout kept the area clean and cleaned up after the job. He did a good job of wiping down the grout. I let it dry for a few days, buffed the haze and put a sealer on the entire shower a few days after that. I was very pleased with the results. The original grout job was not completed since I interrupted the work when company arrived, so the grout never looked smooth and even. I tried over 2 years to fix the grout lines but was not successful.

The other bathroom's grout required staining, and he picked out the perfect color, with the result that the tiles look fantastic. This is a 60-year old bath and it looks like we just renovated! Our outside tiled deck had numerous broken and loose tiles, and several large areas of interior tile needed refurbishing. When the work was done, these areas literally looked like new. They were great to work with. On-time, very polite, friendly, and they kept things very clean at all times. They had great suggestions during the job and were very responsive to all of our requests. Carlos came out to see our tile originally, and made us very comfortable with the work they would do. Wanda in the office did a great job coordinating the project and was easy to talk to. Recent Review: I was somewhat hesitant of using a national franchise for carpet cleaning, but based on Google and Angie's List reviews decided on Duraclean to steam clean two bedrooms with closets, as well as clean the grout and tile in two bathrooms of a new condo. Duraclean did a very good job on both, and my bathroom floors looks vastly improved after the cleaning process got out years worth of dirt and grime. The process was clearly described prior to beginning, the technician knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions about the process. Would use Duraclean again.
