Recent Review: From the first day my wife and I met with Sean, the North Georgia rep, it was a great experience all through the process. After doing some homework, NG Window Replacement received very good grades from the very large majority of customers that did business with them. After doing some research on the windows they recommended, they too had great reviews. After making some changes on the number of windows we wanted replaced we agreed on a price which my wife and I thought was fair. It took about 6-7 weeks to manufacture the windows, just as promised. When the windows were about three weeks from arriving we got a call from NG setting up an install date. They said it would take 2-3 days to complete the project. About a week out they confirmed once again. On June 8th they showed up on time with all the windows and a team of five installers. All were very professional, friendly and as it turned out very good at what they do. They took down all the blinds before the install and re-installed all the blinds after the windows were in. All the windows went in with no issues and the teamwork was extraordinary. They all had jobs to do and they went about their business getting it done. After actually installing the windows, their attention to the cladding, caulking and clean-up was above expectations. They were meticulous in everything they did. Recent Review: Contractor come out measured Windows. A week later they arrived and were installed. Let contractor know after he left that the blinds didn't look like the blind we picked. He was very nice about it and said that he stands behind the product, so if we don't like the way it looks he will recorder them and replace it .

Recent Review: All of them look great. Changed the appearance of the house both inside and outside, reduced cost of air conditioning and I hope, heating bills. It took awhile for them to install, approximately 4-6 weeks, but they are made on their property and the customize the color of the blinds to your trim. Recent Review: Needed to replace 25 year old rolling (security/storm) shutters over exterior French doors. Everyone we dealt with during pricing/ordering process was great (Dale, Randy, Jason Sr.) Took a bit over a month from time of order to installation- shutters are custom made to fit application. Installation crew ( Curtis, Kyle) did an excellent job. Communication throughout ordering process and installation was excellent as well- always arrived on time or called if running late. Recent Review: Russ and Jeff, as well as his team of handy man, electricians, painters and plumbers made all the repairs / paint jobs listed here. The were very helpful, punctual, came out right away to give me an estimate for the work. The work was easy to schedule and I did not have to wait to have the work done. All the guys were easy to work with and communicate with about exactly what I wanted. They were honest and professional and I even left them in my home while I was working / running errands. They supplied all materials except the paint. The painter was very meticulous and made all necessary touch ups I requested with no hesitation. I will definitely use them again and have already referred them to one of my friends who is an Architect. Great Job Intown Craftsman!

I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing shutters or blinds! Eric's measurements were spot on, he took the time to make sure everything was right, followed up and kept me apprised during the entire process.
