It went super well! They were on time and completed the job in the time frame promised. They were very careful in protecting my carpet and furniture.They completely cleaned the areas when the job was done each day (2 days). The ceilings look beautiful. Mike is very professional, nice, and very skilled in his work. This is the second time I have had work done by Fendley Painting and could not be more pleased with the work. Thank you. The person who did the repair was very nice, very courteous, very respectful of the fact that our kids were sleeping during his time in our house. The limits of my review are that I asked the scheduler on the phone, and via email, for the person to bring the needed replacement ceiling tiles. It was explained that I would be charged their actual value for these supplies. I agreed to do so. But, they were not brought, and the tiles were not replaced. Consequently, I feel that I overpaid for the services provided. I'm glad the leak was quickly fixed, but I wish the ceiling tiles were also repaired. Incomplete job - disappointing experience.

I was especially impressed with Mike's responsiveness. He responded to my email and was able to come over and look at my job in a prompt time period. He gave me an estimate shortly after his visit and then was able to get the job done within a week. He came when he said he was going to be there and finished when he said he was going to finish. He totally understood what we needed and worked quickly to get my job done. The work was well done and just what we wanted. I will definitely call him again.

He was very prompt, knowledgeable of how to work with difficulties and was tidy. He performed a high quality of service.

The two tile installation technicians were very professional and courteous. The job was completed ahead of schedule and the finished look was better than I expected.

Finely Fixed It's the worst company I've ever experienced. It is a weak and dishonest company. There's a lot to point out, but I'm going to talk about only one thing. We bought the house and do repairs before moving to open the wall for the move, and Matt worked on the electric wire. But after he finished working and went back, his staff noticed that the fan lights on the ceiling were flickering. Of course, it was a ceiling fan light that worked well even after being inspected. The employee said, “call Matt and asks him to bring his tools and fix them the next time he comes”. I sent the message to Matt, and two days later, Matt came and went up to the ceiling and said that the remote-control receiver was broken. He told me to throw this fan away and buy a new one. When I asked if I could get a receiver and change it, “you can't get it on eBay because the ceiling fan is old.” I discarded the old fan and ordered a new ceiling fan from Home Depot, and a new ceiling fan arrived a week later. Looking at, I realized that the remote control of the ceiling fan is universal. I called Matt; didn't you know that the ceiling fan remote control was universal? “Anyway, you got a new ceiling fan” he said. Then, when I ask for a new ceiling fan to be installed as an after service, his answer is for $225 for the install. Are you not a thief? I told this to the person who introduced him to me, and she was so angry that she called Matt and asked for his certified license number, he said he don’t have certified license. This is the Q&A on January 9, 2021. Just like handyman claims at the rate of a certified license holder. On January 12, 2021 Matt sent a massage to me” We’re you able to find someone to install the new fan?” I sent massage back. “No, but I can’t afford pay you $225.00”. Matt sent massage to me, “I understand.” January 14, 2021, We paid $50.00 for that ceiling fan install on another handyman Company.

It went as well as cm be expected. Communication was prompt. I purchased a prepaid fan installation and it went great.

John was "fan"tastic. Very professional and was done in under an hour. I highly recommend him and will use him again. VERY pleaded with job.

Mike showed up early, at least according to my calendar/appointment time noted, and was in and out in about an hour and a half. Enjoyed chatting with him while the work was being done and just like last time, everything was cleaned up just as it had been before. And now I have a ceiling fan. :) Efficient, friendly, and I'm already a repeat customer so I expect I'll continue to be one.

Mike @ RetroFix was spot on with his service. Showed up on time and completed the work without extra charge even though it took a bit more time. Mike was careful to take care of my belongings and clean up after his work. Ceiling fan works great and I am very happy with the service. I would recommend to Friends and Family.
