I really appreciated these guys. They installed an entire kitchen for me and did a great job. Their prompt communication was unmatched. They gave me a quote immediately and I didn’t have to wait weeks and nag constantly to get it. They were able to squeeze me in so I never had to wait too long. This was really helpful when I didn’t have a sink and needed one pronto! They were efficient and picked up after themselves. Prices were reasonable too. I highly recommend them and will be working with them some more for my other projects. Thank you!

We first have to say we were extremely fortunate to have found Dwight! He has done work for friends of ours and when we were saying we needed to find someone to remodel our bathroom and kitchen they spoke very highly of his services. He is highly sought after in this area. He owns Brevard kitchen and bath as well as the designer. And also has a One Stop handyman service. And after talking with him we learned he recently took on Hydro Clean pressure washing this past summer. That's one busy fella lol. We confirmed an appointment with him for 2 weeks from the time we talked and the morning of the appointment he gave us a courtesy call confirming our appointment. Then soon after a handsome man was at my door. He spent almost 2 hours with us asking questions that we didn't even think of ourselves. Came up with great ideas and was very knowledgeable.3 days later calls to see if he may stop by that afternoon to show us the estimate. He not only had the estimate but in the other arm he had a 3D model he made of our bathroom and kitchen he made himself! It was the neatest thing! We were impressed with what he had designed and the cost was in our budget. We had seen a bad review but, after talking to our friends and his references decided it was a bogus review. The contract he wrote was detailed and stated the start time and estimated length. He had a 4 man crew and showed up everyday until the entire project was complete. The work was totally what we expected from him. I will definitely refer him to a friend.

I had my kitchen redone and new flooring. I had new granite countertops installed. My kitchen cabinets, hallway cabinets, and bathroom cabinets were all painted white. I had a new toilet installed too. The work was great. Every worker was professional along with their work! Barry was awesome and always on top of things. This is the second time I’ve used Barry to do work. He installed flooring in another house I had. His work is great! I would definitely recommend him and I will hire him again in the near future!

They replaced cabinets new Hard wood floor raised the ceiling and dry wall in about 50% took out a wall I had to ask to do the flooring over in places because it was to large of cracks between the boards which I guess it was not all of their fault the boards were different thickness and width, did a good job on the dry wall and Cabinets finally, had to stay on them all of the time about different things that were not done correct. I ordered custom cabinets and they tried to slip in standard cabinets he made several errors in measuring them made them replace all of the cabinet doors they ordered wrong style and four sections of cabinets, On the island they put a custom hood and supposedly put a baffle in, well that winter we found out that he never put any thing up there and the wind would blow and come down the pipe and blow our napkins off of the bar and blow a pen or pencil off in the floor we tried calling him and he would never call or answer the phone to this day. Some of his workers were good carpenters and some thought they new it all just be cause you have a hammer that does not make you a carpenter.

The project has received many compliments. The work area was always left clean and organized. Each project was completed in the estimated time frame. The cost was reasonable and I will be using Nico Enterprises again soon.

I purchased a "simple" 1600 sq. ft. house that needed remodeling in Brevard NC.  After 3 appts with other contractors who wanted me to get a designer(?) for the job, would have other subs involved which extended the time period to work around them, quoted months of work and wanted to change this house to a "million dollar home" at an overpriced cost.   I contacted Humberto thru the internet for appt.  He showed up on time (unlike the others) with a smile on his face.  He listened, told me what was involved in doing what "I" wanted to accomplish and gave me his prices and the date he could start..  He started the job when stated and did just what he said he would do.  There wasn't much he couldn't do with his crew.  He was courteous, punctual, honest and maintained  good communication on each  project.  His employees were great and the house was kept as clean as possible during the renovation.  If there was a project he did not do, he recommended associates that were reputable and had great working skills as he and his men did.  I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and the house is complete the way "I" wanted it done in a very reasonable time period.  In fact, there were times I could not keep up with him he moved so fast.  He was there to work! . I highly recommend Vazquez construction, you won't be disappointed.
