"If you use this company make sure you have a design created, so problems can be worked out ahead of time. If there are problems make sure you are consulted before they proceed. Have it in writing that they will use Block that doesn't have broken or chipped corners. Also make sure you see the style and color of block they will be using and understand the pros and cons of it. Make sure the wall is built with an off set as recommended in the versa lock tips. Put that in writing too. This company has potential to build great walls, but needs to have higher standards and better communication with the customer. "Richie immediately returned my message to schedule a quote date and time. He was professional, punctual, responsive and fair, exactly what everyone is looking for when contracting work. Upon his visit he asked if he could mow my grass because the length would make it difficult to remove the leaves. I’ve tried to contract a lawn mowing service in the past but they always said they couldn’t do my back yard because the gate opening isn’t wide enough for commercial mowers to pass. Richie said no problem, he has lots of clients in the same boat as me. Today when I came home my grass was cut immaculately and not a leaf in site. Tomorrow he’ll return to trim 3 large trees and to spot power wash my home because I asked to only do front and back where it really needed it. I’m just so impressed with the work and that I found a contractor who does this work and does it so well.show more

I agree with the other five star reviews but want to add something that I really appreciate. Gutter cleaning is one of those things you don't want to think about. I really appreciate that Shawn always contacts me after the leaves fall.
