  • WOLF CAMERA

I went into Wolf Camera with an idea of what I wanted, but unsure of which specific products would be of use to me. I met with a friendly employee there. He new what he was talking about regarding the new Nikon D90 camera and helped me pick out the correct filters that I needed. He took the time to show me what each filter would do. The next day I took his advice and my pictures turned out beautifully

  • CANON USA FACTORY SERVICE CENTER
    5.0
My local camera store where I bought my Canon Rebel XT digital camera closed last month. So when the flash stopped working I didn't know where to go for the repair work. I couple of photographers told me it was best to sent the camera to the factory repair center. I called the service number and they told me the procedure. So I packed it up and sent the camera by Fed Ex 2-day delivery on Wednesday and Canon received the package at 8am Friday. They sent me an email saying that they could fix the problem and even though I was out of warranty as a courtesy they would not charge me. They fixed the camera and I had it back by the following Thursday. I was very pleased with the service and repair. I did have to pay $16 for one-way shipping

I'd been in there a few times before I bought it. All the sales people that I talked to were very knowledgeable and knew the differences, and small nuances about of each camera and brand. The camera I bought is the next thing down from the very best professional. I plan on buying another camera from this company, possibly today

They were good. I walked in there not knowing much and they were very helpful. I had taken out a warranty on the lens so there was no charge. I took it in in August 2010 and got it back in September. The person spent a lot of time with me explaining the different cameras and lenses when I bought the camera. I needed a good camera because I was going away on an African safari. Alex spent a lot of time with me. I would use them again

The filter on my camera lens had broken and I could not remove it to replace it. The folks here replaced it and did not charge me. I was charged for the new filter, but not the labor. It took about 5 minutes for them to do and they were very helpful. Great camera store.

I recommend them highly. They provided training and they provided the camera equipment. The training was outstanding. It is very important that we get training and not just a piece of equipment throwed on to me. It is really good. I would say they are very very educated as to their products. The person Maxine, she was very very good and wonderful. They are very knowledgeable. The whole camera shop is very good. They train, they are knowledgeable, and they are looking after your best interests. They do photo shows for me, photo albums, they do all kinds of services done. They do give training over Internet

They charged $30 minimum when I left the camera and an estimate of $180 maximum unless they called to give me the bad news. They said it would take up to 2 weeks. They were very professional in removing all the lenses and memory cards before accepting the camera. I called 2 days later to get the status and they said they were just completing it and it would be ready by the time I got there. The camera was fixed and the charge was a total of $120. The cause of the problem was a sticky substance inside the camera, which they felt was spilt soda pop or something similar. The flash mechanical movement and switches were all covered with the stuff. While there, I also bought a used $120 camera bag to better protect my camera. They charged $35 for the bag. Very professional
