"We contracted with Lowe's (Kevin Wright) to replace a section of our shared fence with a neighbor and also a section of the neighbor's fence. Lowe's price beat two other estimates, they split the bill (between us and the neighbor's), and the work was excellent. Lowe's uses Total Maintenance as their fence contractor and couldn't be happier with them.

"Provider was able to repair several issues quickly, but not able to fully pin down a severe vibration issue, without replacing items per chance that may have been the cause of the issue, which I chose not to do, because of the expense. So still have not figured out the cause of the vibration and the problem persist. I all fairness, I have found no blogs etc that addressed this issue definitively either.

"He had the replacement part with him and replaced it right-a-way. He also vacuumed-cleaned the inside of the machine and work area. The work was properly done and the dryer was back to working order. The only drawback was the price. The part itself cost about $90 (which is itself very expensive). Standard diagnosis fee was about $80 for coming out to check irrespective whether the customer decides to have it repaired or not. Another $90 was charged for installation of the heating element which was very easy to install and the technician had already opened up the machine for diagnosis which has already been charged.

Also, this establishment replaced a blade for my edger free of charge. I purchased the blade elsewhere and did not have the proper tools to replace it. when I picked up my lawnmower they changed the blade and charged nothing. Very nice and friendly.
