They called back sooner than expected and said that the lens was ready. I paid for it and picked it up and it works perfectly

My daughter had shot some photos with the camera using film that was already loaded, but the next two rolls of film came back from the developer with no pictures. The clerk we met was very friendly and told us a little about the model camera we have, wrote up an estimate, and said that she would call when the camera was ready. Work was completed in about 2 weeks, and it included a complete cleaning and calibration. No repairs were performed on the camera

They repaired the latch on the spot at no charge! Following the repair, they ordered a new focusing screen and called me when it arrived. I took the camera in and asked them to fully inspect it and clean the sensor. They installed the new focusing screen, repaired the batteries and cleaned the camera, all for only the charge of a sensor cleaning and the wholesale price of the focusing screen. Honest, professional, friendly, reliable, conscientious with great expertise and tremendous experience. They really are excellent all the way around
- Geek Squad - Best BuyI bought a camera a few years ago at Best Buy and purchased the extended warranty. I had some repairs done to it free of charge in 2016. Then, in 2017, I took my camera back to get it repaired again. This time, I was having a little problem with the light exposure not working correctly and the bottom panel of my camera had come loose and would not stay on the camera without bending back. The camera was sent off for repairs and when it was returned to me, the internal functioning of the camera had been repaired, however, the bottom panel was not fixed. The reason for this was because it did not affect the functioning of the camera. I was still concerned that the panel could break off completely or that dust and other dirt particles could enter the camera. After expressing my dissatisfaction in a Best Buy survey that they sent me, I was contacted by the manager, Dustin. He wanted to see what he could do to help me be satisfied. I took the camera over to him and showed him the problem. He said that, although he could see the repair department's side, especially since the part that was coming loose contained the serial number and wouldn't be easy to replace. He could also see why I would be unhappy. He offered to fulfill my warranty in store, by giving me a gift card for the price that I had paid for the camera. With that gift card, I was able to buy another camera with the gift card immediately. I walked out of the store a VERY satisfied customer. As I told some of neighbors and friends, I will be a customer at that store again, for sure

The sales person was very helpful and showed me alternatives to the one I chose. There was no pressure to make the sale. The sales person just seemed like a friendly person.
Other than the distance to travel there from my home in Nassau County, I will probably go out of my way to shop there again.

"I hate to give a bad review for a service I never used---but, I think it is helpful to point out the barriers to using it. I called the phone number for Dyezz on the AngiesList website---and a person from "Central Monitoring Station" answered. I went directly to the Dyezz website and called both the local and 800 numbers listed there---same thing, I got connected to a "Central Monitoring Statino". I asked which company they monitored *for*. The answer came back as 'many different companies'. In short, I could only talk on the phone with the people monitoring alarm / surveillance systems, not with the people selling the products and services of Dyezz. I could not find a way to talk to the company I wanted to contact, which is **DYezz*...!!! I find it incomprehensible that a company that sells a service would make it so difficult to contact them by phone.

"OMG - I didn't know where my 220 BOX was located. I'm from the northeast and up there 220 boxes are with regular circuit breaker boxes. Texas - it's outside. Here I thought I was checking the breaker and the technician was so awesome and not teasing me helping understand. He was so professional but more informative than anything.
