I feel so fortunate to have found Jim, and right in my back yard. I was so sad when my beautiful clock stopped working, even with new batteries. Jim got it back, and got my pendulum working again too. Thanks Jim!!!

Jim is the ultimate professional. He really knows how to fix clocks! He is honest and fair with his estimates. He cares deeply about what he does and will not stop until he gets it right. He serviced three clocks for us. Jim is "a true and honest old world craftsman." I wouldn't trust anyone else with my clocks. He's the best

Jim is a devoted, skilled craftsman who made our very old German Cuckoo clock work perfectly for the first time in years. When, almost a year afterwards, the clock's quail stopped "singing," Jim asked me to bring the clock in, even though it was a Sunday. He spent well over an hour of his time, to make the bird sing again. The sound of that charming clock makes us smile again, thanks to him. I cannot recommend him strongly enough

Jim wasn't there when I brought the clock over, but his daughter was there so I wrote a note for Jim explaining what was wrong and my contact info and his daughter said he would look at it and contact me. Next day I got an email and a voice mail letting me know it was ready, simply a faulty battery connection that he tweaked and said he wouldn't charge anything since he felt he didn't do anything. I gave him $10.00 for his time anyway. I found him to be pleasant, passionate and knowledgeable about clocks, and honest. He could have made something up that was wrong with my clock and I would have been none the wiser. I will use him again if needed. Thanks Ji

Everything went very well despite a few glitches: the company sent him the wrong inner parts, so he had to re-order; then, the clock just stopped, so he immediately returned to adjust it. When I accidentally let the clock weights stop the clock, he (over the phone) talked me through a re-set. Bryan answers all phone calls and emails promptly and professionally. He was a pleasure to work with, and I will rely on his expertise for tune-ups on this family treasure

They are very busy so took some time. They provided accurate time estimate and the repair came in under estimate.

I had a old clock that has a pendulum and it rings every 15 minutes and on the hour. It was not working and it was French made. He was able to replace it with a similar piece which no one could tell the difference and it works great.

They are kind of old school. The fellow who owns the shop is very knowledgeable and fixed the problems that I had. His price was reasonable, he got the work done on time and the watches are still working; he did a good job.

We had a regulator clock cleaned and repaired. The service was performed promptly and at a fair price. As always the staff was very knowledgeable.
