- Youngstown Propane IncI had an issue with my propane fireplace not lighting. I called Youngstown Propane and they were able to come out rather quickly. The technician cleaned out some dirt in the pilot light area and he was able to get the fireplace working. They could have replaced parts and charged me more but didn't and with honest people like that, I am sure to use them again. Very good experience

- Suburban PropaneAt first, service was good and price was competitive. The longer I became a customer the more they raised prices. My last fill up of propane cost me $4.99 per gallon in 2011. I found out that this was twice the price of any other competior at the time. When I decided to stop using their service and finish the gas in my tanks, they told me they would charge an INACTIVITY FEE of $100. I told them to remove the tanks and credit for any unused gas. It took them 3 months before they showed up to pick up the tanks and credit my account of which they DEUCTED their INACTIVITY FEE. In addition, they were also charging rent on these tanks. I would never do business with them again as I do not find them ethical
- AmeriGasWe ran out of gas, made three phone calls over the coarse of nine days and Amerigas did not send a truck for two weeks. This was in February, cold outside. I have sent several letters and e-mails cancelling our contract and NOW they keep trying to fill my tanks.

"We had our roof inspected a while back for hail damage and had both the roofing contractor and the Travelers adjuster on the roof. The adjuster approved a small claim for damage to flashing, etc., but denied any further damage.

<br /> On a whim I had another inspection done by Dave Barnhart from A Capital Roofing (he has a local retail store and has apparently been in business locally for a while). Dave was convinced that the roof should have been covered by insurance. Yesterday I had Dave and the SAME adjuster from Travelers on the roof and the roof was approved for replacement.

<br /> I think the insurance companies know Dave well and apparently very much respect his oppinion.

<br /> I know that I for one appreciate Dave's advocacy. If it were not for his diligence we'd be replacing a give or take $18,000 roof on our own.

"It was great, they picked up my car, serviced it and brought it back while I work. I live within 5 miles of the garage. I highly recommend Lee St. Jeff and Sue will make sure you are taken care of and leave happy. They always explain what they need to do and price is very reasonable. I have used them a few times in 2012.
