Using Modern Piano to move my piano from PA to NC was the best decision. The customer service was fantastic with great communication every step along the way. The actual movers on move-out and move-in day were very knowledgeable about not only how to properly care for and transport the piano, but also gave great advice for how to acclimate the piano in the new space, what considerations should be taken to position the piano in the best place in the room/house, and how to best care for the piano. I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone and everyone to use Modern Piano and not bother shopping around - I did the shopping around for you, and Modern Piano is the best!

Awesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

He negotiated directly with our insurance adjuster and kept us informed throughout the process. Due to his expertise dealing with insurance claims, we received a complete new roof/decking with enhancements from bringing new codes up to date. All damage claims submitted were approved, work was completed in a timely manner, and our expectations were certainly met. They called the day before to ask if they could move us from the afternoon to morning due to a cancellation and that was fine with us. They showed up on the button, moved very quickly and were patient with some indecision we had about a few things going to storage or staying at the house. SECURITY SELF STORAGEAfter visiting half a dozen storage facilities in the area, I selected this Security Self Storage facility based on the availability and friendliness of the staff. Mike and Cindy are resident managers of the complex, actually living just above the office. I mainly interacted with Mike, who was courteous and friendly, showing us a number of the facilities, which were clean and well-kept. I ended up selecting their largest size unit, which used to be their RV storage, now repurposed as extra large storage. I've only just begun using the facility (and will update my review if anything changes), but I have been very pleased and would absolutely recommend them to others.- Nathan M.

Aaspen Boat & RV StorageIt is clean and very serviceable for RV owners. They offer large size units for large trailers and motor homes. They also have some pull through storage units. They have an area where you can fill up your water tank, dump your gray and black tanks, and air for your tires. However, I did have a problem trying to get the air hose to work. Overall this is a very secure location and the owner is very willing to help you anyway he can. They have good security and can monitor activity by computer. I would highly recommend this storage facility. He is already expanding his facility. Prices are comparable to other facilities of this type.- Billie M.

PUBLIC STORAGEIt's an average because it's a storage unit. It was fine and when I showed up, he had me planned up for unit and go on for 15 minutes. Obviously, he knew what he was doing. The place is clean and also light-firmed. There was a little more that I wanted but they're cheaper than in any other places. It also took a couple of days for them to get back.- William P.

2 Fellas & A Big Vehicle Moving Company of OKCMy first contact with the company was with Heidi and she is great. I emailed her a list of items in the house which would need to be moved to local storage, and the rest loaded into a trailer for us to take to TX . She got back to me promptly with a quote, and included the discount for being an Angie's list member. She touched base with me a few days prior to the move to confirm, and then someone else called to confirm. The day of the move, Patrick and his helper showed up a little before their scheduled start time and were ready to go. Patrick seemed very knowledgeable about what needed to be loaded first, etc. Since items were going into storage, we supplied the moving pads, and they were very careful to wrap everything, and tape it. The only thing they could have been prepared with would have been to have a larger supply of tape on hand for securing the moving pads. We had to make a quick run for more tape so the process could continue. They worked hard and steadily. I asked them about a lunch break or if they would like me to get something for them, and they said they would prefer to keep working, so I just picked up some fast food and they took about 10 minutes off to eat, and that was really their only break in the 5 hours or so they were loading and unloading. We were amazed at how much stuff Patrick was able to get into the trailer we were taking with us. Everything arrived in TX safe and sound, and we expect when we move the items out of storage to our new house, it will be the same thing. We had prepacked and moved a majority of the boxes already to a storage unit, so they were mainly dealing with furniture and some additional boxes. One thing we did do ahead of time was to get picture boxes through a box company and wrapped and boxed up any pictures and mirrors so they were ready to go on the truck. There would have been an additional charge for the movers to do that, but it was no big deal. All in all, a great experience with them. Prompt, efficient, stayed within their quote ~ good job!- Kerri K.
