Los Angeles, CA 561 5/27/2021 I was going to fill in my pool because it was 60 years old and in complete disrepair. I had no less then 7 companies come and tell me that the foundation was cracked due to an thick extra layer of mortar someone put on top of the beam. Jennifer from Gold Coast came in and said it wasn't and she gave me a very reasonable quote to fix it. I decided to do it and boy am I glad I did. Not only does the pool look brand new, but she went above and beyond what I expected and make everything brand new. Her crew is hardworking and neat and they did an amazing job. Jennifer has been working with pools her entire life and it really shows. Even in an environment where you can't get things quickly, she was able to get me everything I needed right on time. She's amazing!! I would highly recommend Gold Coast to anyone.

"The guys that did the install showed up within the 3 hour time window they gave me which is really my only complaint as I am not a fan of time windows but that is the case with most service providers.

<br>I'm not to familiar with the whole process but from the time they started working and draining the old heater to when they were finished and everything was up and running took about 2 hours. I have to say I'm very knit-pickey with cleanliness and order and they were very clean and tidied up well when finished.

<br>The few questions I did have for them they answered very up front and knowledgeably. I already knew what to expect for price as they gave me an estimate of over the phone so there was no sticker shock.
