"Drew was excellent. He diagnosed the problem in our house (we had slow WiFi, and dead spots), and then came up with a cost- and time-efficient plan to fix it. He ran ethernet cable for a new access point, then even found a "choke point" that had been slowing our WiFi down in other parts of the house. He was a great communicator, very punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Good techs are HARD to find - a GREAT one like Drew is near impossible!

"We hired Tedora to remodel our basement. Igor, Vlad and their team did a fantastic job. They were very competitive with their cost estimate. They were also very clear that they charged for labor only and which building materials were to be paid and supplied by us. We preferred them over other contractors that were ambiguous. Also, they were ready to start fairly quick. As they started work, they provided daily status updates. They were also very careful to defer the decisions to us - not just build something that was easy for them. We ran into some unanticipated work, but these guys handled it gracefully at a minimal cost. They were flexible to work around our schedule. They also went out of their way on multiple occasions. Best of all - they finished work before the promised date. These guys are very skilled at what they do. All we had to do is explain our concerns and they would quickly arrive at a solution. "George and his crew did a beautiful job with the renovations in our 2 bedroom co-op in upper Manhattan. The mosaic tile floor in the bathroom looks amazing, though there was an uncharge due to the additional work required. The results were worth it. The whole kitchen looks like a brand new, well put together kitchen that is shining and, function and cool! George is a good communicator and will keep you up to date and will explain things. "It was one of the best experiences I've had with a professional coming into my home to perform a service. From the moment I selected his company to perform the job, Tamas was responsive, courteous and very flexible. He called to notify me he was on his way. Once he arrived, he quickly determined I was missing a piece of the mounting and some screws, he offered to help me look for it. luckily we found the mounting piece and he had the extra screws I needed. He was very neat, careful and respectful of my property. Where other technicians failed, He was also able to program my remote to work successfully with my sound bar, TV, DVD and cable box. He performed many extra's without hesitation. I told him he was like that member of the family who is so knowledgeable and handy, but in his case, he is available when you need him!
