Todd is amazing. He came to give me an estimate and found the leaky window in my basement that was causing cold air to be the problem for my kitchen sink/plumbing. He suggested I caulk myself and was so pleasant. It was totally free and they did not need to do anything. I offered to pay him for his time and expertise, he said NO. So great to have a company like this. Believe me, if I ever need some real work done, they are the people I would hire!!

Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

HALLMARK CLEANERSI have used Hallmark a few times. I started going there mostly due to their location. Nothing fancy, but the staff has been friendly and remembers me after only a couple of visits. They have been good at locating and removing stains on their own. The shirts have been return with starch at the level requested. The pants were clean and well pressed. Houle Insulation IncI COMPLETED THE QUOTE REQUEST FORM ON THEIR WEBSITE AND WAS CALLED IMMEDIATELY THE NEXT DAY. TODD CAME OUT SOON THEREAFTER AND PROVIDED A QUOTE. THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY. HOWEVER, CLEAN UP LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED - STUCCO DRIPPED ON GROUND, STEPS, ETC. WOOD CUT OUTS LEFT ON THE GROUND. THEY MOVED OUR GRILL AND DIDN'T MOVE IT BACK. THEY UNPLUGGED THE WASHING MACHINE WHILE IT WAS RUNNING TO USE THE OUTLET AND DIDN'T PLUG IT BACK IN WHEN FINISHED. I CALLED AND TALKED TO TODD ABOUT THESE CONCERNS AND REQUESTED THAT THEY ATTEMPT TO MAKE THE STUCCO PATCHES DARKER SO THAT THEY WOULD BLEND BETTER. HE WAS VERY RECEPTIVE AND SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO CLEAN UP AND DARKEN THE PATCHES. A MONTH LATER I CALLED AGAIN BECAUSE THEY HADN'T BEEN HERE AND HE SAID THEY WOULD COME OUT THE FOLLOWING WEEK, WHICH THEY DID. THEY DID RECOVER THE PATCHES - THEY STILL DON'T BLEND VERY WELL. THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP AND ACTUALLY LEFT MORE STUCCO DRIPPED AROUND THE HOUSE.- GINGER C.
