    Overall experience was great! Andrea, their scheduler, was super responsible and easy to work with. She coordinated with WE Energies for us and had our power back on quickly. No one does that and we are very happy. Their crew was professional and friendly and their organization with really impressive. Even our neighbors enjoyed the experience! We were sad to lose the tree but they all did an excellent job

    They did a wonderful job. On the day of the job an employee reviewed the area where machinery would travel. He talked to my neighbor about his pool that would be affected by saw dust. Organized work with other companies doing repairs in the area and helped me remove plants i wanted to keep safe. The area was cleaned before they left. One of the trees had to be taken down by arborist. The price was very reasonable for the job that was done. Everyone was very professional. Work was done safely

    Tree removal complete. Grind out stumps ok but back filled with clay soil. Seeded area didn’t grow. Removed 3 wheel barrels of clay soil by myself. Planning on purchasing top soil and seed myself to finish job. Text numerous times, finally Ben called me and called me a-hole. Scary. Unreal... stay away

    We've been buying our firewood from Wisconsin Firewood for many years, and have been consistently pleased with the results. They've always been on schedule, dropped the wood in the correct place, etc. This year for the first time we paid to have them stack the cord of wood we purchased. The two guys who came out could not have been more professional, friendly, or courteous. They actually exceeded our expectations by collecting the odd pieces and putting them in (our) buckets for us to use for kindling ... and then swept the driveway! One note: I'd recommend staying away from the "mixed hardwoods" - it burns OK, but you'll get all kinds of odd shapes that can be difficult to stack. It's well worth paying the extra money for a specific wood mix such as "oak/ash" which comes in very uniformly sized pieces

    Overall they did a very good job. Cutting some of the trees down was difficult due to high winds and also that the trees were diseased and rotted. They did their best to minimize any damage to surrounding trees and shrubs. They cleaned everything up.

    Everything from start to finish was done professionally and as promised. We had them come and take a look at a tree in our front yard that was rotting, and we were told that there was unfortunately no way to save it. We had advanced notice when the crew would be onsite, they showed up on time, and got all of the work done. They took down one tree and trimmed several other large ones. They cleaned up the brush and left the larger wood pieces (firewood) as requested. On a subsequent visit, the large stump from the removed tree was ground down. We will definitely use American Tree Experts again

    Cory did a great job. It probably took him 6 hours to get a big fall clean up and bush trimming done on our 0.5 acre lot with a lot of trees and plants (read: many leaves on ground). I am thankful I didn’t have to do it myself as I don’t have that time presently. He was very considerate of our baby’s nap schedule as to when he used loud equipment and when not.
