  Our experience with Liz was wonderful. She came to our house and gave us honest and open opinions from the day we first met her. She is clearly quite experienced in the market and with us living out in Oregon and her having so many listings in Madison, we weren't sure if she would be able to sell our home due to not knowing the area as well, but we always felt in good hands. She was able to bring in showings from people out of the area, which we didn't think would happen. We were selling our house in a buyers market and a very low market, so we didn't get as much for it as we hoped, but Liz kept it in perspective for us, as well as our ultimate goal of building our own home.
