    Jerry's Crew were on-time, polite, professional, sharing of knowledge, and problem solvers who adjusted their schedules to accommodate a three-day rather than two-day move. The 1925 sf house, plus patio and garage was ready to be unloaded at the storage unit across town--unfortunately I did not have the right keys and despite running back to see if I could find the actual keys--it was still the wrong set. Upon opening each storage unit, the crew would remove any discarded items and sweep. So as these gentlemen worked tirelessly in the muggy heat, they kept their sense of humor. Jerry was a wonderful leader and worked on cost-effective solutions throughout the move. Will call Jerry's Crew in a few months when we are ready to move permanently! Thank

    Sold our house in two days, had to pack quickly, did not have a house to move into. Bought a deal through Angie's List for moving and storing. And then another deal for picking up and delivering to new residence. Called a few times before our move with questions that came up and office personnel were always helpful. They called a few days before the move to confirm everything and check to see if we needed anything further. The movers were on time, brought supplies that were needed, and went right to work. Everything that was moving and going into storage was tagged and inventoried. There were a few larger items i.e., paintings, large pictures, glass lamps, large silk plants that we weren't sure how to pack was packed by the moving team which included LaVar, Robert, Jake, and Anthony. Because everything was going into storage, anything that wasn't secure in a box was shrink wrapped and/or covered. We were impressed with the movers because we could see that they knew what they were doing, worked well together, and worked hard. Once everything was packed in the truck LaVar gave us an inventory list. Our furniture was taken to an All My Sons' indoor storage facility until we called to have it delivered. We were charged for the time it took to pack and store our items, additional packing supplies needed, and the first month of storage. The only problem we had was trying to get someone to explain our charges which ended up taking three months to get. It seemed like every time we called we were told someone else needed to answer our questions. They would take our information and tell us someone would call back but they never did and this was very frustrating. We started questioning whether we had used the right company. Our moving date was December 3, 2015 and we finally received an actual invoice the last week of February 2016. We purchased another Angie's List Deal for the move out of storage and to our new residence which was scheduled for March 21, 2016. This time our moving team included Doug, Jacob, David, and Bill. And, again, they all worked well together, were hardworking and professional. Once they started to unload the truck they didn't stop until they were done. Boxes that were labeled with a certain room were placed in that room, if they weren't sure they asked. Furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it. All four gentlemen were efficient and careful which was definitely appreciated. There were only two mishaps: a computer desk that was not shrink wrapped correctly - one whole side of it was bent -- and a shattered glass door to a TV stand that was also shrink wrapped incorrectly. Unfortunately the computer desk couldn't be repaired or replaced. However, Doug called the office to check and the glass door to the TV stand could be replaced. So after all the shattered glass door was cleaned up he took the other glass door with him to be used as a template. All My Sons would call us to install it as soon as the glass was ready. At the time this seemed reasonable to us but finally when I hadn't heard from them I called on May 13, 2016 and was advised by Steve that he would try and have it delivered tomorrow. I asked him to call to let us know what time but never heard from him. So, on June 7, 2016 I called and spoke to Wyland who had me talk to Mark who said he would check on it. By some miracle Kirby called to say he was on his way to deliver the glass door. He arrived a short time later and installed the new glass doors. Kirby was terrific and is definitely an asset to All My Sons. I'm sure All My Sons are busy but that doesn't excuse the office personnel for taking as long as they did to answer simple questions, supplying an invoice when asked, following-up with details. Everyone we dealt with face-to-face was professional. They all did their jobs non-stop and All My Sons are lucky to have them. Please note the approximate cost includes the first move out of our 2-story house plus additional packing supplies, storage for four months, and delivery to our new residence

    Wonderful. The management is friendly and worked with us to get the units close together. The place is clean. The building is climate controlled and always cool which really helps when working there. They were less expensive than other facilities in the area. We are so happy to have found this place
