Nancy, the owner, and all her dog walkers have been super. We moved into this area about 4 years ago, and have had Doggone Purrfect's service ever since. They have been fantastic, flexible as our needs and schedule changed from time to time, always kind and always reliable. Our dog Oreo is "best friends" with her regular walker, Martina. She leaves such funny and sweet notes for me each day about their time together. Sadly, we are moving - really wish we could take Doggone Purrfect with us!

It went wonderfully. Dr. Kaiser saw my cat for an urgent visit when my own vet's office had no availability for my sick animal. That's right- this vet saw me when my own would not make room for us. I am now a client here because they care, and they work you in same day for urgent/sick animals. They care, and tell you what is happening. Very nice staff. I am thankful to them for working us in twice with sick animals when previous practice would not. Dr. Kaiser has a big heart and cares. Lovely place to take my animals.

I have been taking my fur babies here for several years, since I moved here. I am always impressed by their caring, honest, and transparent way of caring for pets, and individual attention and quality. Dr Buchanan and staff have done AMAZING work to ensure my very nervous dog gets the care she needs as well as my cats. The quality of care is exceptional. My dog just had a tumor removed this week, which was a very extensive surgery and they listened to all of my concerns and answered questions, and they called to check up on her (as they have always done in the past for surgeries). They have always gone above and beyond to ensure that my pets are given the absolute best care, and treat each of my pets as special, assessing and understanding their individual medical needs -- and personalities! The entire staff is amazing.

Dee and all those who work at her Pet Salon are so kind and do a great job with my dog. She comes home looking and smelling great, and wearing a fashionable bandana. The whole appointment takes just 2 hours. My dog is very people oriented, so she usually hangs out in the corner near Dee until I get there, but many of the dogs seem to enjoy looking out the big window for their owners to arrive.

Krista is amazing! I have taken my dog to her for years - she has always been a great groomer, and she went above and beyond when my epileptic pup had a seizure while being groomed. I'm confused as to why this site gives her an F grade with only one bad review that we are not allowed to see? That makes me question the legitimacy and usefulness of Angie's List.

We adopted a Lab from Love of Labs rescue agency. He came with a clean bill of health and we had him checked ourselves and he came up clean again. Subsequently, he was diagnosed with heart worms. After paying over $400 for the first shot, Love of Labs was kind enough to cover the last two but said we would have to take him to their vet on the northwest side of Indy (we live in Noblesville). Trying to take a 85 pound lab anywhere is difficult, but especially in a Mustang with small seats and a stick shift so I hesitated, but remembered 2 more $400 shots and off we went to the Paw Patch. Extremely glad we did. Far too many vets know how much we care about our 4 legged family members and take advantage of that love. Dr. Tysklind is not like that. From the word go, he was caring and very concerned. In between the 2 shots he provided, he took it upon himself to contact the drug companies to gain information on how Lundy was testing positive after he was negative and had been on preventive meds since we adopted him. He learned some new information and provided some recommendations for additional treatments. Due to the distance, we have continued to see our vet in Noblesville, yet 3 months later, Dr. Tysklind took it upon himself to contact us and check up on Lundy. Just last week, he again took it upon himself to call and see how he was doing after 6 months even though Lundy is no longer a active patient. I think it is pretty easy to see that this is someone that truly cares. I may have to trade the Mustang GT in for a SUV so Lundy and I can make the trip back and forth for his care!!!

I love Broad Ripple Canine Design (and so do my dogs!). I have complete confidence in the owners and groomers. I've been having my dogs groomed here for years, and have recommended BRCD to my friends. I have a older Shih Tzu and a rescue Cavalier King Charles, and they both seem happy to go to get groomed at "the spa" as I call it, and they look great afterwards. I always feel my pups are in good hands at BRCD!

Arbor Lane KennelsThe Kennel at Arbor Lane is a wonderful place to leave your pet if you need to go away. We have been taking our dogs there for a few years now and have been so happy with the care given to our golden retrievers. The staff is extremely professional & the kennel well-run and very organized. The family is attentive and fulfills all personal requests. Last week, we requested a bath & nail trim before picking them up- they smelled so good! It was the best grooming they have ever had. We are so grateful for this place!- DeAnne S.

Hot Diggity Dog GroomingThe owner, Diggy, cleaned, trimmed and made our two fur babies look terrific! He has groomed our animals for years, previously at the place where he used to work and now at his brand new grooming salon. We have a 5+ year old sheltie and a 10+ year old miniature long-haired dachshund. They love and trust Diggy which means the world to us and we love Diggy too. He genuinely cares about your pets and he takes great pride in making sure they look great and are well cared for while in his shop.- Monica T.

Tails and Trails ResortI made an appointment to have my dog groomed. When my son got there with the dog. the door was locked. I called and the lady said she would call Beth. I was called back within just a minute or so and said Beth was on her way. That didnt happen. My son waited for some time for her to show up for the appointment. She didnt show and no one bothered to call and check up or even apologize for not taking care of the appointment. This would have been my dogs second appointment there. Naturally it is the the last time i will book and appointment there. It is my understanding when you book an appointment with a customer you should be there and not leave a customer hanging. There was no follow up call no apology or anything. I would not recommend them to anyone.- sarah S.

Katie’S Professional Dog GroomingThe place is extremely small. Way too many dogs in such a small place. Upon arrival, my puppy was lunged at thru a crate by an agressive dog. Mind you, it was in a crate, positioned AT THE FRONT DOOR, scared the t total **** out of my pup and me as well. So then check in was fine. When i went to pick her up, good Lord what a chop job they did on cutting her fur. And the groomer had NOTHING nice to say about my pup. She was saying how she moved around alot, seemed nervous, and she was hard to groom and she did the best she could without hurting her. Well, OF COURSE, 1st she's a PUPPY, and 2nd she had the **** scared out of her upon arrival, not to mention there are 4 or 6 groomers in the tiny space each of them having a dog, im talking like 3 or 4 feet from each other the groomers are, so YES, im sure she was nervous. If I had the balls, I'd ask for my money back, specifically for the unkind comments about my pup. I would also like to mention...I am concerned about the groomers there being professionally trained ...isn't this a requirement in Indiana?- Terl S.

The Downtown VeterinarianThey were very gentle with him and he was very happy there. They did some tests and determined it was most likely his cat food that was causing the problem and he probably just has a sensitive stomach, so a cat food designed for cats with sensitive tummies would probably be better for him. He took his medicine that was prescribed and we switched his food and he hasn't had another tummy problem since. I am going to need my little fur ball shaved again soon as he is overly fluffy, but I just haven't had the time. When I do have the time I will definitely go back there and have them do it for him!- Allie P.
