"Initial landscaping went well. The design was great and they put a lot of thought into the type of plants to use. It only took them two days to regrade, put downspouts underground, remove all the old landscaping, trim trees, and design the new landscaping. Several days after, there was a huge storm and some of the dirt from the regrading slid off, however the next day they came out and fix all of it and put erosion blankets on to protect the ground until grass grew. One of the plants they had put in was dying, and they replaced that as well. My only complaint is that during the initial job, something broke and pieces of glass were left in our yard.

"We had a Bradford Pear tree that was 15 years old in our front yard that split in half and fell down. This happened sometime on Friday night/Saturday morning. We found Stewart's via an internet search and picked them because of the rave reviews. I left Kyle a message on Saturday around noon. He called back within 30 minutes and offered to stop by on his way back from a job in Brazil. He texted me when he was on the way and only 10 minutes away. He arrived and looked at the project. Provided me the estimate for $600 which included taking down the half of the tree still standing, cutting up and removing the half that had fallen down, grinding the stump, and removing the remaining roots. He asked if we wanted it done the next day (Sunday) or if Monday was ok. I told him it didn't matter to us, so we agreed to Monday so he would have enough room in the chipper for all the debris. I went to work on Monday morning, and when I arrived home, the entire tree was gone. There was nothing left in our yard. I contacted Kyle and told him how pleased we were and asked him how to get payment to him. He stopped by later that evening and made sure that we were happy and accepted payment. I told him we will call him when the other Bradford Pear bites the dust. In fact, our neighbor came out while they were working and had him take down her tree the same day. Overall, a great experience.

"Great job. Had two very large silver maples in a hard To reach yard. Expertly used a bucket to take out tree sized dead branches. Also had another maple which was inaccessible for equipement. Tree climber did a great job clearing deadwood from this tree. Crew was on time and cleaned up nicely. Highly re commend Stewarts.

"Treeo is a first-rate tree service. We have hired them for multiple jobs at both of the homes we've owned in the Indianapolis area over the last seven years and have always had a good experience. Most recently, they trimmed off some large limbs that were overhanging our roof from trees in the front and back yards. While the ground was very wet, the crew took great care in getting their lift around, leaving barely a trace behind. We had a miscommunication about the extent of the work, which left a few limbs behind that we intended to be part of the job, but as soon as I reported it, the Treeo team went into action to rectify the issue, encouraging us to hold payment of the invoice until the matter was resolved. Within a few days we had an onsite consultation to ensure everyone understood which limbs were in view and almost immediately thereafter the crew returned to finish up the job. When a company is reasonably priced, careful in the work they do, and careful to leave the yard in good condition, they will automatically be my first choice for future jobs. But now that I see how they resolve issues that might arise from time to time, there's simply no other company to consider for tree work.

"One of our neighbors organized tree pruning and/or removal for several families on our cul de sac. The crew came with four large trucks and quickly removed our two trees. The workers were very friendly and were very pleasant to my children who were fascinated by the process. They also politely moved equipment when I needed to get my car out of the garage. I was pleased that they were conscientious of our grass and plants (they had to drive some of the equipment into our yard). They even dug up some of my hostas and replanted them for me when they needed to grind down the stumps. Also, the men made a point to find me and tell me to have the kids beware of the thorns from the hawthorn tree. They pruned and reshaped a small tree for us when my neighbor pointed out its rather ugly shape. They also raked and cleaned the yard, leaving very little evidence of their presence. I assume this is the excellent service they always provide, but I should add that my neighbor was actively supervising the process. Very positive experience for us.
