- The Wood ShedGreat! I've bought wood from Reggie at The Wood Shed twice now this year. Once in January (perfect timing before we had the super cold weather and some snow days!) and again this weekend to deliver a cord of wood to my house in the West University area. He's very responsive and super friendly. His crew is nice, fast/hard workers and they do a great job neatly stacking the wood in my 1/2 cord racks - they even cover it with my tarps for me! Even though its Houston and we don't NEED to light fires in our fireplaces - I do so as often as possible just because I love having fires in the fireplace on weekends and evenings. I had been buying firewood in small bundles at Bering's and other places around and knew that I was paying entirely too much (and banging up the leather in my car in the interim). I found The Wood Shed after doing a Google search - and I'm so glad I did! The bulk delivery straight to my wood racks is so convenient and easy! I highly recommend Reggie and The Wood Shed! I just got a new delivery yesterday and now I'm ready for Winter
- Firewood Of Katy/Tree ServicesIt went well, I was looking for firewood to BBQ with for Memorial Day so I googled firewood in Katy and Firewood of Katy came up. I called Albert although he didn't answer, he called me right back. I went his location on the corner of Franz and Porter Road and bought the firewood. The firewood was well seasoned and dry as I had hoped it would be and burnt well for our outing. I will use Firewood of Katy again

Even got some great advice on different types of wood. They seem to sell all kinds and you can mix the type of wood if you like. Definitely would recommend
- The Wood ShedI couldn't find anyone who would deliver. Finally I reached this company and they said they would have to charge me a delivery fee. This was reasonable to me because I realize it's a bit of a distance. I was originally going to purchase a half cord of wood, but the owner said even though the cost of the wood would be higher, delivery is the same. I ended up purchasing a full cord. It was delivered and stacked nicely. It's definitely good, dried, hard wood. I can't remember exactly what I paid, but I'm happy with the service, and will utilize them again
- The Wood ShedI drove up, the workers called the boss, he arrived a minute later, they loaded my truck, and I was on my way. Next time I'll do delivery. I think it's $20 and they stack the wood too.

- Indian Head FirewoodI spoke with Tyler to arrange the delivery of a half cord of Pinon firewood. Due to the weather and demand, I was given one week lead time for delivery. I also requested a firewood rack, and Tyler suggested that I purchase the Half Cord Plus rack as it held a bit more wood. Tyler called back two days later to confirm delivery date, less than one week. Tyler arrived within the delivery window (1 hour), assembled the rack and ensured it was leveled. They loaded up the rack with the Pinon firewood, all split and aged. He measured (height, width and depth) the stack of wood. They cleaned up their mess and hauled away the trash
- The Wood ShedI'm very impressed with the Wood Shed and its product and service. I ordered a half chord of wood and they delivered right on time like they said they would. Even called me several times to make sure I would be home. What was even better; they actually stacked the wood for me and cleaned up around the wood stack area. (I have ordered fire wood before from various vendors and no one stacked the wood. They just backed up the truck and dumped in the drive way. Finally I was totally impressed because they also provided a tarp to cover the wood since they knew it was going to raining this weekend. Impressive to say the least. I will definitely order from them again. I just hope they continue to say in business. Can't say enough ggod word sabout this outfit and the people that work for them. Very friendly and no messing around. Hard workers for sure!
- The Wood ShedWe called & Mr. Brown was able to deliver the full cord of aged oak & pecan within 3 days; his crew stacked it all quite neatly just where we wanted it; they also swept up where they'd work & Mr. Brown called to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction, which it was. We will call on him again for good, aged firewood; it's cut into approx 2' lengths which is quite manageable to use
