"Signature Hardware has a beautiful showroom! They have items that you will not see at other stores. The salespeople are very nice and helpful. After you choose the item you want in the showroom you can take it home with you that day. It takes about ten minutes to get it from the factory, which is onsite. I purchased a kitchen faucet and the price was very competitive with other places that carry the same type of product. I also purchased aged bronze (solid bronze not bronze-finish) floor registers which I could not find anywhere else. I highly recommend Signature Hardware if you are remodeling or even if you just need to replace small things in your house.

"Not often do I find a service company that I am so pleased with. I called AB Bonded Locksmith to replace a broken lock on an outside door. I had already purchased the replacement lock, but it’s handle and finish didn’t quite match all the other door hardware in my house. The technician examined the old lock and told me he could fix it so that I could return the new lock I had bought. This not only saved me money but meant that the lock handle would still match all my other door lock hardware. He also corrected a misalignment in the door that had been the cause of the original lock’s failure. In addition, he corrected the alignment on another door that had been annoying me. All this work was done in 18 degree weather and for quite a bit less than I had expected! I was very pleased.

"Don't even bother looking for anyone else. This company is AMAZING! They do excellent work promptly. They couldn't get to us right away during a July heat wave, so they dropped off and installed heavy-duty window units within a couple hours of our call, which kept our home cool until they could do the repair. They don't do anything you don't need and are honest. I only wish all my experiences with repair folks were like this. Why are you still reading this? Just call them already!

"Charles and his three sons Brady, Cody, and Noah installed 150 feet of 6 foot tall chain link fence for me. They did a great job, worked efficiently as a team and did not waste any time. However, the high quality work product is only a small part of the bigger picture in my opinion. This family / team not only represented EADS in the highest regard possible, they also represented themselves as total professionals and outstanding individuals. I am a 62 year old home owner. These young men did not have to give me “the time of day” whenever I tried to strike up a conversation. However, when they were taking a break and I would head out to see if they needed anything they would not hesitate to discuss any subject I brought up. They were kind, courteous, respectful, everything the younger generation needs to be and more. Congratulations to these young men and to their parents for a job well done!!!

"They told me the parts that could need changing if my washer is making a loud grinding noise. It was up to me to pick which parts I wanted to purchase. I purchased but it did not fix the problem. A better source is [*** Link removed ***] . I think it cost about $15 and you communicate via email but it's with a real technician working on your specific problem. I have use that site twice, with very unusual problems and they got it right both times.

"The work that was performed was very high quality and the granite is top notch. Having said that, the owner and his wife were VERY difficult to deal with. I gave this company an B for responsiveness, however even though they were somewhat prompt in their response they were very defensive of my concerns and offered no real answers for my questions. By the time you get to this stage you have already put down your deposit so there is no turning back. Our concerns were the direction of the granite, the breaking points and how the dishwasher would attach to the granite. They offered no adequate solution for the dishwasher attachment and my husband had to figure out how to attach the dishwasher to the cabinets. I would discuss the smallest details with this provider BEFORE you put the deposit down. Once you sign on the line and put down your deposit the owners personality will change from nice to downright rude. <br />
