Personality is a plus for us, as we like to connect with the people we let into our home, but not only was she absolutely delightful, she was extremely thorough. "Very responsive and good follow up regarding scheduling of cleaning. Day of cleaning, very prompt, professional and friendly. I bought a coupon for 120.00 for four hours of cleaning with one person. The asked if it were ok to have two people come for two hours. The two hours was probably not enough time but these two ladies still managed to get everything in my apartment cleaned.

"I found Mr. Ramiro, owner of Skyline via my landscaper. I found Mr. Ramiro to be a very nice, well organized person. He is very hands on and was present and working at my job site for the entire installation. He also worked up the quote and I corresponded directly with him concerning the price. I have no idea how competitive his price was because I liked him so much I didn't get another quote. "The price is based on garments. It's like $1.40 a shirt. Our rate changes every week depending on how many clothes we have. We probably do 5 shirts a week and then a suit every once in a while. They do garment repair and we've used them for that.
<br /> A suit came back with some stains on it and when I brought it in, they kind of blamed it on us. They said that it was something that we did. There was a couple of spots on my husbands suit and when I brought it in they said it was probably there before but it wasn't. So, not only did they try to blame it on us, they said they might not be able to get it out and when they did get it out, it came back wrinkled. I would say they didn't take responsibility for a stain and they tried to blame it on us. What they could have done better is just offer to fix it rather than trying to figure out who's fault it was.
