We had a great experience today with Georgia Pack and Load Moving & Storage. The team showed on time, worked very efficiently and were exceptionally professional. With care, they move my furniture and home items, wrapped them to protect during transit and placed them in the desired location at the destination. Zero items were damaged. The team was respectful of my personal items and my home. Again, we had a great experience, and we could not recommend them more highly. 5 of 5 stars!!!

Delta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

These guys are simply the very best! Great attitude 150% customer service. They worked hard and fast for almost 12 hours making a very difficult move work as seamlessly as possible. The price/value cannot be beaten. Amazingly the shrink wrap almost every item so your furniture arrives with no real possibility of having been scratched and damaged. It just does not happen. Highly recommended you cannot go wrong!

Movers USA IncI HATE moving. So when I choose a moving company, it is a BIG deal for me and my family. Movers USA was a recommendation from Angie's List and boy am I glad to have been introduced. First, I believe a company has to be fair, honest, trustworthy and communicative. Gil and the Movers USA team were exceptional in all these regards. They were there when that said they would be there, they treated our belongings as if they meant as much to them as they did to us. The packing job alone was impressive. But i have found that your really find out about a company when things don't go exactly to plan. As will happen with a move, there were a few minor mishaps. Mover USA were there with a real sense of assurance that all would be made right......and it was. I still HATE to move, but I now have a resource that I trust and would use again without hesitation, I would strongly recommend that you give Movers USA a call the next time you need these service. Georgia Pack & Load Moving & StorageI have personally used Georgia Pack & Load three times and twice for work. My personal moves required multiple locations and even a piano. Each time I compared their prices to at least two other moving companies and each time their prices were best. I have had wonderful service each time. Each time their staff arrived exactly when promised or I got a call with adjusted arrival time. Their staff is always professional and nice. They are very accommodating and go above and beyond expectations. My daughter is about to move into her first apartment and I told her to call Bruce at Georgia Pack & Load with complete confidence that she will be taken care of and her move will go smoothly. The pricing was very reasonable and I liked the fact they quoted a not to exceed price that included everything. The crew that came to the house was great. DeMarcus was the leader and he worked with William, Tremaine and DeAngelo. They worked their heads off and were pleasant as could be. I had some heavy furniture that had to be moved downstairs to give to some friends. And I also had a dryer that needed to go to the curb for trash pickup. These were extra things the team did willingly. They were very careful with my furniture and did a good job packing the large items including my grand piano.
